WNP's ENROLLMENT PROCESS
Applications - we will continue to accept applications for the current school year until December 22. Applications for the upcoming school year will be available on October 1st. Applications are not carried over from one year to the next.
New applications will be accepted for the current year when space is available or families can opt to go on a wait list. Please see specifics and timelines for each program on the school's application.
Registration - Someone in administration will email registration forms in the spring for the following school year. All forms must be completed and returned prior to orientation.
Orientation – new parents will be invited to an orientation meeting to become more familiar with WNP’s policies in June.
Play dates – the administration will send families a list of the children enrolled in their child’s class so that parents can begin to set up play dates in August and children can begin to form friendships before they enter school.
Classroom Placement: Your child’s placement will generally be based on their date of birth, schedule (5 days, 3 days and 2 days), the ratio of girls to boys, and requests to keep classmates together from one year to the next. There are occasions however, when the administration may make a decision to make changes in classroom placement based on the developmental needs of the children and/or the ages of children enrolled.
Infant & Toddler Center Admissions Process:
